Elite Stunner ★ is a legendary two-handed electric spear.
WIP. An impulse spear used by elite alta forces to deal with threats.
This is an advanced form of a standard alta halter stick, with enhanced energy capabilities and additional range in exchange for the original special abilities.

- Alta: Exceptionally good for keeping poi and silly dreys at bay! And also for looking cool while holding it.
Radiomessages on pickup:
- You’ve just picked up an alta weapon, or an “energy tool”, as they call it. According to my database, these usually have an extended set of features. I suggest reading its description.
