Hevika Javelin
Hevika Javelin is a rare electric throwable item.
A throwing spear made out of hevika crystals. Can be used for hunting or upgraded at an 
alta crafting station.
NS-Hev, or the Energy Conderblock, originally meant for converting excessive enternia into kinetic energy. With a proper hevika charger, can generate that energy itself for additional power.
This prototype became popular with dreamers, which led to development of 
ion javelins.
