Transforms an area of a planet into a poptop valley. An alta attempt at creating smaller-scale terraformers. Is much more resource consuming and bigger in size than ancient analogs.
Poptop Valley is a vast rose-colored valley full of blossoming ayakas. As the name suggests, this area is mainly populated by poptops.
A rare lone crop called 
Gil can be found here, hidden among the blossoming ayaka bushes.
