Alternia
Alternia is a type of Energy commonly found in 
crystals. This is the most common type of energy on 
alterash prime planets and is considered to be a middleground the between other types - 
ceternia and 
enternia.
Crystals with an overflowing amount of saturated alternia can be dangerous, as they are in a state of approaching a more unstable type of energy - enternia. Areas with such saturation are referred to as 
hevika.
Damage
Plasma is the main damage type produced by alternia. It’s a subtype of 
Electric damage and is affected by 
Electric Resistance, but unlike its base type, it doesn’t apply 
Electrified.
Instead, it applies different 
plasma effects, like 
Plasma Burn.
Plasma projectiles often have medium speed and behave similar to fire-based projectiles.
Immunity
Immunity to all plasma effects is provided via 
Plasma Status Immunity.
Additionally, negative aspects of most plasma effects can be reduced or blocked with Electric Status Immunity.

Visual Style
The color of alternia is called omniblue. There are special 
Omniblue Glowsticks meant to immitate that color, which you can also commonly find on any alta piece of technology, clothing and symbolics.
Meaning
Alternia is part of 
stardust energy. As part of stardust, it represents thoughts, feelings and conciousness. This is why alternia energy usually can only be found in live things like crystals.
