crystals and crystallic ingredients.
Most common produce like carels figure in almost every calin dish out there.
But due to the sheer variety of crystals in Io, some dishes can use very rare finds in their recipes.
As an example, Jinighat is an advanced alta dish that uses very rare crystals in its recipe, called cojils.
Cojil is a soury-hot crystal that can be found in volcanic underwater environments.
