Nia cuisine, or energy cuisine, is popular among sporty altas and makes up a big part of the Enia Diet.
Some nia dishes, like 
ometonnas, 
zandarm tarts and 
tonna shakes, don’t fall under that category.
A great example of that would be shokkas. Shokka is a sweet meaty satisfying nia stew that is similar in texture to the 
blue boil.
It takes time to process, mostly leaving poor altas full to the brim, only willing to lie on the bed until the effect wears off.
Corfal caretakers use this as a pacifier method for very energetic unbehaving altas.
